削除のご依頼方法
アカウントおよび関連データの削除をご希望の場合は、以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
宛先：dragonfeeders.app@gmail.com
件名：「アカウント削除依頼」
本文に、ゲーム内のユーザー名とドラゴン名をご記載ください。
運営者にて本人確認の上、対応いたします。
削除されるデータ
削除依頼を確認後、以下のデータを完全に削除します。
- アカウント情報（ユーザー名、パスワード、登録メールアドレス）
- ゲームデータ（ドラゴン・アイテム・進行状況など）
- ランキング等のレジストリ上の記録
削除後も保持される情報
不正利用・複数アカウント作成によるルール違反の防止を目的として、以下の情報は削除後も最長3ヶ月保持される場合があります。
削除処理には数日程度のお時間をいただく場合があります。また、一度削除されたデータは復元できません。あらかじめご了承ください。

How to Request Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email address below.
To: dragonfeeders.app@gmail.com
Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
In the body, please include your in-game username and dragon name.
We will process your request after verifying your identity.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After confirming your deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data:
- Account information (username, password, registered email address)
- Game data (dragons, items, progress, and so on)
- Records in registries such as rankings
Information Retained After Deletion
To prevent fraudulent use and rule violations through the creation of multiple accounts, the following information may be retained for up to three months after deletion.
- Records of the connecting IP address
The deletion process may take several days. Please also note that once data has been deleted, it cannot be restored. We appreciate your understanding.
