本規約は、ドラゴンフィーダー（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくすべての方（以下「利用者」）に適用されます。
本サービスをご利用になる前に必ずお読みください。ログインまたは新規登録をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
利用者が未成年者である場合は、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得た上で本サービスをご利用ください。
第1条 禁止事項
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
1. データの改ざん・不正送信
- 通信パケットの傍受、改ざん、およびサーバーへ不正なリクエストを送る行為
- ゲームクライアント外からのAPIへの直接アクセスやスクリプトによる自動送信
2. 自動化ツールの使用
- マクロ、ボット（BOT）、その他外部ツールを用いた自動操作、またはそれに準ずる行為
- ブラウザ拡張機能やスクリプトを用いたゲームへの不正な介入
3. 脆弱性・不具合の悪用
- プログラムの不具合（バグ）を利用して利益を得る行為、およびそれを他の利用者へ広める行為
- 過失（知らなかった場合）であっても、不具合を利用して不当に利益を得て、それが他のプレイヤーの公平感を著しく損なう可能性がある場合はこれに該当するものとする
- 不具合を発見したにもかかわらず、運営者に報告せずに秘匿する行為、または第三者へ拡散する行為
不具合を発見した場合は、運営者（管理チャンネル等）へ速やかにご報告ください。善意の報告は不利益には繋がりません。
4. 未公開エリアへのアクセス
- 運営者が意図して公開していないファイルやディレクトリ（管理画面等）へアクセスを試みる行為
- ディレクトリ走査（パス・トラバーサル）などの手法を用いたファイル探索行為
5. 複数アカウントを用いた不正行為
- 一人で複数のアカウントを作成し、それらのアカウント間でゲーム内資産（ゴールド・アイテム等）をやり取りする行為
- 複数アカウントを用いてランキング・対人戦等を不正に操作する行為
6. 知的財産権の侵害
- 本サービスのゲーム画像、プログラム、テキスト、その他コンテンツを無断で複製・転載・改変・二次利用する行為
- 本サービスの仕様・システムを模倣した別サービスを運営者の許可なく公開する行為
7. その他の禁止行為
- 他の利用者への誹謗中傷・ハラスメント行為
- 運営者・他の利用者への詐欺・なりすまし行為
- 本サービスを通じた商業的な勧誘・宣伝行為（運営者の許可がある場合を除く）
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第2条 運営者の権限（処置について）
サービス提供の裁量
本サービスは、一部の有料アイテムの購入を除き、無料でご利用いただけるサービスです。運営者は、本サービスの健全な運営を維持するため、独自の判断により、特定の利用者に対してサービスの提供を拒否する権利を有します。この権利は、規約違反の有無にかかわらず行使できるものとします。
アカウント停止の裁量
運営者は、利用者が本規約に違反したと判断した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントの停止、削除、または一部機能の制限を行えるものとします。また、違反が疑われる段階で予防的な措置をとる場合があります。
理由の非開示
不正検知の方法や処置に至った詳細な理由については、不正対策上の観点から回答する義務を負わないものとします。
ゲームデータの修正
不正行為によって得られたゲーム内資産・実績等については、運営者の判断で削除・修正を行う場合があります。
第3条 有料アイテムの購入及び決済について
決済方法
本サービスでは、一部のアイテム（以下「有料アイテム」）を、第三者決済代行業者（Stripe, Inc.）の提供する決済サービスを通じて、実際の金銭によりご購入いただけます。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は運営者のサーバーには保存されず、決済代行業者において管理されます。
価格表示
有料アイテムの販売価格は、各購入画面に表示する金額とします。価格は、運営者の判断により予告なく変更される場合があります。詳細は特定商取引法に基づく表示をご覧ください。
返品・キャンセルについて
有料アイテムはデジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入完了後は利用者の都合による返品・交換・キャンセル・返金には応じられません。ただし、正常に決済が完了したにもかかわらず運営者側の不具合等によりアイテムが付与されなかったことを運営者が確認した場合は、第5条（免責事項）の定めに従い対応します。
未成年者の購入について
利用者が未成年者である場合、有料アイテムの購入には親権者等の法定代理人の同意が必要です。同意を得ずに行われた購入は、法定代理人により取り消される場合があります。
規約違反時の取り扱い
利用者が本規約に違反し、アカウントの停止・削除その他の措置が取られた場合、当該利用者が過去に購入した有料アイテムについて、運営者は返金その他の補償を行いません。
第4条 知的財産権
本サービスに関するゲーム画像、プログラム、テキスト、ロゴ、その他すべてのコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、すべて運営者に帰属します。利用者は、運営者の事前の書面による許可なく、これらを複製・転載・改変・二次利用することはできません。
第5条 免責事項
データの保証
サーバー故障、不具合、メンテナンス、天災その他不可抗力等によりデータが消失・破損しても、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。ただし、運営者に故意または重過失がある場合はこの限りではありません。ゲームデータのバックアップは運営者の努力義務であり、完全な復元を保証するものではありません。
有料アイテムについて
正常に決済が完了したにもかかわらず、運営者側の不具合等により有料アイテムが付与されなかったことを運営者が確認した場合、運営者は原則として当該アイテムを付与する方法により対応します。ただし、これが困難な事情がある場合には、運営者が適切と判断する方法により対応することがあります。なお、付与済みの有料アイテムがその後の不具合・サーバー障害等により消失・破損した場合の取り扱いについては、前項「データの保証」の定めに準じるものとします。
サービスの停止・変更
運営者の判断により、事前の通知なくいつでもサービスの提供を終了、変更、または中断できるものとします。サービス終了・変更による利用者への損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。ただし、運営者に故意または重過失がある場合はこの限りではありません。
外部要因
通信障害、ブラウザの仕様変更、第三者によるサイバー攻撃等、運営者の管理を超えた要因によって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
第6条 個人情報の取り扱い
本サービスは、利用者がご登録されたメールアドレス、およびアクセスログ（IPアドレス等）を取得する場合があります。取得した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用し、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。
- パスワード再設定メールの送信
- 不正アクセス・規約違反の検知および対処
- サービスの品質向上および障害対応
個人情報に関するお問い合わせは、ゲーム内の管理チャンネルよりご連絡ください。
第7条 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用になった場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第8条 準拠法・管轄
本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠するものとします。本規約に関する紛争については、運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to everyone (each, a “User”) who uses Dragon Feeder (the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By logging in or registering a new account, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
If you are a minor, please use the Service only after obtaining the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
Section 1. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
1. Data Tampering and Unauthorized Transmission
- Intercepting or tampering with communication packets, or sending unauthorized requests to the server
- Directly accessing the API from outside the game client, or sending automated transmissions via scripts
2. Use of Automation Tools
- Automated play or operation of the game using macros, bots, or other external tools, or any equivalent conduct
- Unauthorized interference with the game using browser extensions or scripts
3. Exploitation of Vulnerabilities and Bugs
- Exploiting a program defect (bug) to gain an advantage, or spreading information about such a defect to other Users
- Even where unintentional (i.e., you were unaware it was a bug), unfairly gaining an advantage by exploiting a defect shall fall under this category where it could significantly undermine other players’ sense of fairness
- Concealing a discovered bug instead of reporting it to the Operator, or disseminating it to third parties
If you discover a bug, please report it promptly to the Operator (via the in-game admin channel, etc.). Reports made in good faith will never result in any disadvantage to you.
4. Access to Unreleased Areas
- Attempting to access files or directories (such as admin panels) that the Operator has not intentionally made public
- Searching for files using methods such as directory traversal
5. Fraudulent Activity Using Multiple Accounts
- Creating multiple accounts as a single individual and transferring in-game assets (gold, items, etc.) between those accounts
- Unfairly manipulating rankings, player-versus-player battles, or other competitive features using multiple accounts
6. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
- Reproducing, republishing, modifying, or otherwise making secondary use of the Service’s game images, programs, text, or other content without authorization
- Operating or publishing another service that imitates the specifications or systems of the Service without the Operator’s permission
7. Other Prohibited Activities
- Defamation or harassment of other Users
- Fraud or impersonation of the Operator or other Users
- Commercial solicitation or advertising through the Service (except where permitted by the Operator)
- Any act that violates applicable laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Section 2. Operator’s Authority (Disciplinary Actions)
Discretion over Provision of the Service
The Service is provided free of charge, except for the purchase of certain Paid Items. To maintain the healthy operation of the Service, the Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide the Service to a specific User. This right may be exercised regardless of whether a violation of these Terms has been established.
Discretion over Account Suspension
If the Operator determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has violated these Terms, the Operator may suspend or delete the User’s account, or restrict certain functions, without prior notice. The Operator may also take preventive measures at a stage where a violation is reasonably suspected.
Non-Disclosure of Reasons
For fraud-prevention purposes, the Operator is under no obligation to disclose or explain its fraud-detection methods, or the detailed reasons for any disciplinary action taken.
Modification of Game Data
In-game assets or achievements obtained through prohibited activity may be deleted or modified at the Operator’s discretion.
Section 3. Purchase and Payment of Paid Items
Payment Method
For certain items (the “Paid Items”), the Service allows purchase with actual currency through a payment service provided by a third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Payment information such as credit card numbers is not stored on the Operator’s servers and is instead managed by the payment processor.
Price Display
The sale price of Paid Items is the amount displayed on each purchase screen. Prices may be changed without prior notice at the Operator’s discretion. For details, please see the Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure.
Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, Paid Items are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund for the User’s convenience once a purchase is complete. However, if the Operator confirms that an item was not credited despite successful payment due to a fault on the Operator’s side, this will be handled in accordance with Section 5 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability).
Purchases by Minors
If the User is a minor, the consent of a parent or other legal guardian is required to purchase Paid Items. Purchases made without such consent may be cancelled by the legal guardian.
Treatment upon Violation of These Terms
If a User’s account is suspended or deleted due to a violation of these Terms, the Operator will not provide a refund or any other compensation for Paid Items previously purchased by that User.
Section 4. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the game images, programs, text, logos, and all other content of the Service belong exclusively to the Operator. Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of these materials without the Operator’s prior written permission.
Section 5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty on Data
THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA CAUSED BY SERVER FAILURE, BUGS, MAINTENANCE, ACTS OF GOD, OR OTHER FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS, EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY THE OPERATOR’S INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE. BACKING UP GAME DATA IS A BEST-EFFORTS OBLIGATION OF THE OPERATOR, AND COMPLETE RESTORATION IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Paid Items
IF THE OPERATOR CONFIRMS THAT A PAID ITEM WAS NOT CREDITED TO A USER DESPITE SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT, DUE TO A FAULT ON THE OPERATOR’S SIDE, THE OPERATOR WILL, IN PRINCIPLE, REMEDY THIS BY CREDITING THE APPLICABLE ITEM. HOWEVER, WHERE DOING SO IS IMPRACTICAL, THE OPERATOR MAY PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE REMEDY IT DEEMS APPROPRIATE. THE TREATMENT OF PAID ITEMS THAT WERE ALREADY CREDITED BUT ARE SUBSEQUENTLY LOST OR CORRUPTED DUE TO A LATER BUG OR SERVER FAILURE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH (“NO WARRANTY ON DATA”).
Suspension and Modification of the Service
THE OPERATOR MAY, IN ITS DISCRETION, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR SUSPEND THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO USERS CAUSED BY THE TERMINATION, MODIFICATION, OR SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE, EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY THE OPERATOR’S INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
External Factors
THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM FACTORS BEYOND THE OPERATOR’S REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NETWORK DISRUPTIONS, CHANGES IN BROWSER SPECIFICATIONS, OR CYBERATTACKS BY THIRD PARTIES.
Section 6. Handling of Personal Information
The Service may collect email addresses registered by Users and access logs (such as IP addresses). Collected information will be used only for the following purposes and will not be provided to third parties except as required by applicable law:
- Sending password reset emails
- Detecting and responding to unauthorized access and violations of these Terms
- Improving the quality of the Service and responding to technical issues

Section 7. Amendments to These Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect once posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after an amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Section 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator.
